How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery. Our couriers cannot leave alcohol unattended at your doorstep due to legal requirements.
What is your return policy if I don't like a wine?

What happens if a bottle arrives broken?
