Vineyards & Vintage Conditions

The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes are sourced from Temple Bruer's certified organic vineyards in the Riverland region of South Australia. The 2023 vintage provided balanced conditions, producing fruit with vibrant flavours and structure.

Winemaking Process

Crafted with organic principles and free from preservatives, this Cabernet Merlot was made with minimal handling to retain varietal integrity. Fermentation and gentle maturation techniques were employed to retain fruit vibrancy while enhancing texture and depth.
