Temple Bruer Wines is a family-owned winery in South Australia, established over 50 years ago. They are pioneers in producing organic and preservative-free wines, blending integrity and innovation into every drop.

Vineyards & Vintage Conditions

The Shiraz and Malbec grapes are sourced from Temple Bruer's certified organic vineyards in the Riverland region of South Australia. The 2022 vintage provided ideal ripening conditions, producing fruit with depth, colour, and vibrancy.

Winemaking Process

Crafted with organic principles and free from preservatives, this Shiraz Malbec was made with minimal handling to retain varietal integrity. Fermentation and gentle maturation techniques were employed to retain fruit vibrancy while enhancing texture and depth.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Deep red with a purple edge.
  
  

• Aroma: Aromas of black cherry, redcurrant, violet, mulberry, blackberry, raspberry, spiced plum, star anise, and clove.
  
  

• Palate: A full-bodied blend, with Malbec shining through showing its blackberry and mulberry fruit, spice, and leathery and smoky finish. Soft and subtle tannins. 

Food Pairing

Ideal with stuffed capsicum and tomato or blue cheese and lamb.
